Who we are

PDFtoDeck is operated by Zhai Siyu, an individual sole operator based in Beijing, China. Contact: support@pdftodeck.com.

By using PDFtoDeck (the “Service”) you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

PDFtoDeck converts text from documents you upload into study flashcards using automated AI. Output may contain mistakes; review cards before relying on them.

2. Your content

You must have the right to use any document you upload. You keep all rights to your content and the cards generated from it. Do not upload unlawful content or material you are not allowed to share.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

No abuse, automated scraping, attempts to bypass limits, or reselling of the Service without permission.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Payments and refunds

Pro is $3.99/month or $29.99/year (USD), billed in advance through our payment partner acting as merchant of record. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be resolved in good faith via support@pdftodeck.com; failing that, by the competent courts of Beijing, China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
